Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. Since Graduating Shawna has practiced in a variety of settings including, private practice, inpatients, outpatients and long term care. These varied experiences have allowed her to practice in the areas of sports injuries, chronic pain, vestibular rehabilitation , post operative rehabilitation and concussion management. Shawna has completed post graduate courses in Manual Therapy, Acupuncture and Vestibular Rehabilitation. Originally from Newfoundland, Shawna has always led an active lifestyle. While attending school she was a competitive swimmer and soccer player.
